Teaching is not always easy...
Sometimes you have to decide if you should correct sentences like these or not...
So, if I change the sentence and the girl asks me why her sentence is wrong... what do I say...?
Hmm, I think I will leave it for now, I am sure somewhere along the way she will understand why this is wrong!

Hmm. I'm laughing my ass off here. But granted, it's tough. On one hand, kids get involved in stuff way earlier than we ever did. But then again, they're gonna be tied down with social necessities pretty soon, so let them be..

This is so darn cute! Show it to the mommy and tell her to make sure she keeps it around untill the kid's old enough to understand.
